When the tooltips window is not working correctly on the Sobi2 frontpage on your live site (displaying only like standard "alt" text and possibly giving incorrect values of categories and subcategories)

One possible solution if tooltips have been working previously is to recount the categories and entries by doing the following:

Select the "Components" -> "Sobi2"

On the left under Entries and Categories select "All Entries"

Then at the top right of the listed entries window, select the button "Recount"

Now check your tooptips again on the live page.
